  1. ID plant Please

  2. Is this a Prunis Awhina, Is this a native or not?

  3. Hi Mary. Firstly, we have no native Prunus species. It does appear to be a member of the flowering cherry (Prunus) family, so with a name like that it is probably a horticultural variety. There's certainly no species listed with that name in the fact sheets on this website.

  4. Thank you Bill, this means we will NOT be planting it in our camp bush as all trees there must be New Zealand Natives only. We just recently had to remove eight Australian Wattle we found growing in the bush.
