Is this a Brachyglottis - Rangiora?
This is not Rangiora but I'm not sure what direction to point you in for an ID. There are several skilled botanists who comment on here regularly who may be able to help.
A local Native plant shop suggested it might be a toilet paper bush or Puka Puka. What would you think of that idea. While going through the camp bush today I discovered three more of this species.
