  3. Peter de Lange's 'notes on Taxonomy' for that species indicate that NZ plants may not be the same as Australian ones that go by the same name.

  4. Crassula helmsii s.s. is a New Zealand endemic, the Australian plant may or may not be the same, or some of it may be, but most of it probabl ynot so. Eitherway it has a name in Tillaea, as T. recurva - and it may well be that at some stage this name will need to reinstated. Until then you are free to say C. helmsii s.l. is indigenous to both countries. We are not sure where the UK form comes from either.
