    How can manuka be classified 2018 - At Risk - Declining? What am I missing here?

    Myrtle rust: Section 1.2 of recent threat classification of vascular plants; https://http://www.doc.govt.nz/globalassets/documents/science-and-technical/nztcs22entire.pdf
    The section never mentions that Manuka was classified as threatened like all other Myrtacea but designated an At-risk status.
