Have been told this is poisonous to horses,we lost 3 alpaccas a few months ago,one dies then a month later the next, the other was kept in a stable and died a couple of weeks later, the vet did not know what was wrong, treated them for worms in case our wormer was not correct,they were anemic but no sign of bleeding, one had a but of a tucked up tummy,now we discover tar weed it came down to our place after a forestry flood covered our paddocks with mitres of sand.
