  1. Mystery plant from 100 Acre Plateau

    I've been struggling to ID this plant for awhile, when I saw it and photographed it I instantly thought it was a hebe, however I can't seem to find any hebes that match it? My other guess was Pimelea longifolia?

    PS you can distinguish Pimelea from Hebe in that Pimelea has stringy, hard to break stems. P. longifolia, P. gnidia and P. buxifolia are frequently mistaken for Hebe
