    Can anyone tell me where this figwort grows in NZ so I can obtain a plant? It is also called the Common Figwort.

    Hi Barry,
    If you go to the species page and click 'View Distribution' you will see a record from the 1988 near South Karori Stream.
    That is the only current record we have for this species.

    Hi Barry,

    Scrophularia is an abundant weed from the Puhoi areas west to the Kaipara - take the back road from Puhoi to Helensille and look along the roadsides - it is very common along the riverbanks and under tall trees. Its also common in the Waikato - around the western end of Lake Whangape (take the Naike Road).
