  2. Observed fruiting in the Waitakeres 4 March 2014, but the seemingly ripe fruit are white, not as described in the NZPCN article: "Fruit fleshy, 3-4 mm, globose, green ripening to dark purple" Anyone else got an opinion?

  3. Hi Geoff, yes, I have seen fruit that is white splotched with purple near Dunedin. Many of the Raukaua species have variable fruit colour, but when I wrote the descriptions I did not have that information available. When i get time I'll correct them
