  3. Looks like exotic spindleberry to me - perhaps Euonymus japonicus

  4. Euonymus sp. Invasive (in Hawkes Bay). Exterminate

  5. Possibly Euonymus europaeus. Was it a tree? This species found scattered in North Island and to me seems on the verge of also become a pest. Getting rid of it good idea

  6. It is a tree approximately 10m high

  7. If a tree then it is E. europaeus with not ripe fruit

  8. Your comments have been really helpful. Thanks for getting me on the right track. Since it's a tree and not deciduous - I'm leaning more to Euonymus japonicus (and not just because it is so much to say).
