Presume B.novae-zelandiae, but would just like to confirm. Found sporadically under flax, around climbing clubmoss. Seems smaller than Blechnum out in open (along tracks), which is throwing me. Thanks

OK - thanks - I 'd go with B. novae-zelandiae because the pinnules decrease markedly down the frond toward the base, and considering where you saw it you really only have one other option B. triangularifolium where the pinnules get larger toward the frond base and are distinctly sickle shaped.
For the love of God, keep writing these arltices.
