    Peter I could not contact Bill Sykes by email but contacted Murray Dawson instead who I have correspondence with before. He say "Crassulacaea and possibly Sedum praealtum would be my guess" .

    It is NOT Sedum praealtum NOT even close. I will take it further myself - as I collected material and had asked it be checked out by Bill. Bill BTW is retired and checks his email periodically - so simply email him and be patient.
