The New Zealand Plant Conservation Network

Does anyone know where I could purchase this plant within NZ? I found them in the garden of my house - since sold and with a garage where they used to be. I had a pot full of them, and took them everywhere I went. When I finally settled, the bulbs had all disappeared. Very distressing! I would very much love to have them in my new garden.

The Network is concerned with protection and restoration of native plants, our interest in exotics being mostly confined to how they impact native plants.

I would suggest contacting your local plant nurseries to find out how to get this plant. I understand the Nichols Garden Centre in Dunedin has a good range of plants, perhaps they stock it.
