  1. Is this Hibiscus richardsonii ?

    I would appreciate the ID of this hibiscus. It is growing in a native garden and is flowering at present. I have other photos of the leaves etc

    Yes that is Hibiscus richardsonii - where did it come from?

    It is growing at Te Kainga Marire Native Garden, New Plymouth. They thought it was Hibiscus trionum.

    In which case it comes from Tuhua. From seed I gave them from seed I collected there in 1981.
