    May be a good idea to be able to record the absence of flowering in a year. This year, no Phormium cookianum subsp. hookeri has flowered on the Porirua Coast. This was after a huge flowering last year.

    Hi Robyn, I think that is an issue that we could discuss at our next council meeting. It may be, that the possibility of a comment box might be necessary. I will make sure it is raised.
