Hi, Can someone please I.D this plant from the leaf? It is small and found in a mossy bog herbfield. No flower was seen on it.
It reminds me of a buttercup - Ranunculus species, but not sure. You could look up Ranunculus to see if any of them look similar. On the other hand, it might pay to wait for an answer from the guru, Peter de Lange :-)
Thanks, I actually already tried looking up Ranunculus, the vein structure is certainly similar, but I can't see anything that looks close.
Ranunculus gracilipes is a possibility
