  1. Is this a flower? - Olearia

    Hi team
    I was out at Ngawi in the Wairarapa and spotted this Olearia. Is this its flower?
    I was also impressed in how much Kowhai was in the valley, almost one every 30 metres in the bush.

    This looks like a case of fasciation which is a plant deformity.Looks like Olearia paniculata too.
