  1. Cypress ID please tree 1

    A cypress species that I am not sure about. Can anybody help ID please. The 'cones' are about 8mm in diameter. Foliage is drooping.

    Sorry Astrid - can't help you with these though its always a good idea to post an image of the adult, showing the growth habit, bark etc. I agree Cupressaceae. It you manage to get an image of the adult trees I can try passing it Dr Rhys Gardner

    Thanks Peter, the bark is dark brown and vertically grooved rather like macrocarpa. The growth habit is as per this photo. Appreciate your efforts!
